Herbed ricotta balls
Instructions
Pass the ricotta through a sieve, add the flour, eggs, grated Parmesan, salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of the chopped obtained from Sage, parsley, Basil and Rosemary.
Blend until smooth and dough products get balls that must be passed in the bread and pesto deep-fried in boiling oil.
When will have a golden brown, remove them and dry them on kitchen paper.

- 400 g of roman ricotta
- 20 g of flour
- 120 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Pesto bread
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Parsley
- Basil
- Olive oil
