Balls of ricotta and pistachios
Instructions
Work well with ricotta mascarpone and Parmesan, add salt and pepper and ham.
Make big balls like nuts, chopped pistachios and pass put in cups.
Store in refrigerator until serving.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of ricotta
- 100 g of mascarpone
- 80 g of chopped cooked ham
- 30 g of parmigiano-reggiano
- 80 g of coarse chopped pistachios
- Salt
- Pepper
