Egg boats alla marinara
Instructions
Boil shrimp in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Make firm the eggs for 10 minutes, Peel and let cool.
Then cut them lengthwise and place the yolks in a bowl, add the butter and work the mixture with care; Add the cream, lemon juice, salt, pepper, anchovy fillets and salmon chopped well, a splash of worcester and a pinch of sugar.
With the mixture well blended, decorating eggs stuffed with shrimp and stuffed olives.
Line a serving platter with lettuce leaves washed and dried, sprinkle over eggs and serve.

- 200 g of shrimps
