Palombetto baked in foil with vegetables
Instructions
Clean the fish and make it medium pieces.
Put on baking paper, oil, salt and pepper fish writing mixing.
Add chopped tomatoes in half, sliced Zucchini, olives and capers.
Add more oil and Basil; close to cartocci brushed with beaten egg and bake at 200 degrees for 12 minutes-15 minutes.

- 1 palombo of 1000 g
- 1 egg
- 6 olives
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 courgette
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 leaves basil
- 4 capers
- Salt
- Pepper
