Palombo to vegetables
Instructions
Clean all the vegetables, chopped, sliced onions and diced eggplant, Zucchini, carrots and tomatoes.
In a pan heat three tablespoons of oil and insaporitevi before the onions, then the eggplant, carrots, Zucchini and tomatoes.
After 10 minutes arrange fish slices on the vegetables.
Add salt and pepper and cook for 20 minutes.
Place in serving dish with vegetables, fish, garnish with basil leaves.
