Instructions
Roll the dough thawed in a browse brisée and 12 coated oval stencils from tartelletta.
Shells lined with aluminum foil and fill with dried vegetables.
Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for about 15 minutes and immediately liberateli by wraps.
Beat briefly salted eggs and pepper.

Spread eggs in small pastries and garnished with salmon ROE.
