You can also do in Blender (If big enough and powerful) or with electric whips.
Beat eggs well with oil, grated cheese and about a teaspoon of salt.
Add milk and flour, stirring well.
The dough should be a cream, which is put into molds, filling them half (you must inflate during cooking).
You pass then in hot oven (about 200-220° c) for half an hour.
The trick to this recipe is to prepare the dough in a location without draughts (and do not open the oven during baking).
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 3 eggs
- 250 g of grated seasoned cheese
- 4 tablespoons of seed oil
- 1 cup of potato starch
- 3 cups of flour
- 1 cup of milk
- Salt
