Instructions

Soften butter at room temperature and mount it to cream with sugar.

Combine beaten egg, and then all the other ingredients, one at a time.

Finally stir in the mashed bananas.

Pour the mixture into a buttered and floured baking tray and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
