Stuffed zucchini boats
Instructions
Half chopped Bacon, ham, parsley and the garlic.
Put everything into a bowl, add the minced meat, two tablespoons of grated cheese, egg, salt, pepper and mix.
Wash the zucchini, dry, spuntatene ends and cut them in half lengthwise.
With a sharp knife asportatene the Central pulp.
Fill the boat with the meat mixture.
In a saucepan heat the butter with two tablespoons of olive oil and let dry chopped onion with remaining bacon.

Add salt, cover and simmer on low heat.

- 4 large zucchini
