Pancakes
Instructions
In 1 Bowl place the flour, add 1 egg and pinch of salt.
Mix with wooden spoon 1 combining the milk a little at a time, mixing well the dough.
Heat a non-stick frying pan 1, grease with butter and pour 1 tbsp of mixture, turning the pan to coat the bottom evenly.
Cook 2 minutes, turn and cook the other side.
Proceed until you finish the mixture and serve warm pancakes with 1 spoonful of jam.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 100 g of white flour
- 100 g of milk
- 1 egg
- 1 walnut butter
- 1 pinch of salt
- Jam to taste
