Pancotto with vegetables
Instructions
Bring to boiling water and dip the vegetables (potatoes peeled and chopped coarse).
Add salt and cook for 20-25 minutes.
Combine bread and drain everything.
Put the individual dishes pancotto and season each with fresh sliced onions and oil.

- 1000 g of potatoes

- 300 g of cabbage
- 2 tomatoes
- 4 cipollotti novelli
- 1 costa of celery
