Pancotto and basil
Instructions
Put a pot on the stove with water and salt.
When it boils add the pesto bread, stir and cook for 5 minutes.
Turn off the heat, add the washed and chopped basil, parmesan and olive oil: is ready.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 4 tablespoons of pan pesto
- 4 tablespoons of parmigiano
- 4 cups of water
- 8 leaves basil
- Little of butter (or olive oil)
- Little of salt
