Pancotto red
Instructions
FRY in oil with garlic and Rosemary, remove them and add the tomatoes.
Add the bread into pieces, the nut and slowly boiling water.
Stir continuously to obtain a homogeneous compound.
Season with salt and cook until the bread is cooked well.
Beat the eggs with the cheese, parsley and pepper.
Pour into pancotto and serve.
