Sage dessert
Instructions
Till frothy butter with sugar, stirring to combine the egg, a pinch of salt, sifted flours and milk.
Then add the yeast and Sage.
Mix well the mixture and pour into a buttered mould and sprinkled with breadcrumbs.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes.
Unmold the dessert and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of white flour
- 150 g of corn flour
- 100 g of butter
- 1 egg
- 100 g of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of chopped sage
- 10 cl of milk
- 1 sachet of baking powder
- Icing sugar
- Butter
- Breadcrumbs
- Salt
