Pandoro alla napoletana
Instructions
Mix the almonds with a egg white, add the flour and blend again for a few minutes.
Melt butter, add sugar, the eggs, lemon zest and vanilla.
Mix well and add this mixture to the flour and almonds.
Add the candied fruits.
Arrange in a baking pan greased and floured.
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees and sprinkle with icing sugar.
