Bread
Instructions
Put water into a Cup, and then dissolve the yeast and add 1 teaspoon of sugar.
Let stand for 5 minutes, meanwhile, put the flour in a container big enough, add the salt and stir, add the oil then the water with the yeast and knead well.
If you see that after a while that the dough continues to stick the dough fingers put some flour then continue to knead everything on a plan until it is a nice smooth paste.
Replace the dough in the Bowl clean (must be great, otherwise proves!) and cover with a towel.
Let rise at least 2 hours.
Take a large pan, put or a little oil or baking paper.
Take the dough, knead again and make the big balls a little more than a walnut, then mash a bit and put them in the Pan away.
Put the pan with all the balls in the oven and leave to rise again for at least 1 hour, preferably 2.
See that the dough is doubled again.
Remove the Pan from the oven.
Heat oven to 200-220 degrees, bakes the bread (if you want Nice gold over a little oil spread on the surface) and let it cook until you see that becomes pink.
My oven with convection uses 10-15 minutes.
