Egg bread
Instructions
Crumble the yeast into a bowl and unbind in 35 cl of lukewarm water.
Add oil, salt and half of the flour, mix and let stand for 30 minutes.
Peel the potatoes, boil and mash with Mashers.
Add the mashed potatoes to mixture in Bowl, add the remaining flour and knead it on a floured countertop until you have a smooth paste and not sticky.
Add the Sesame and fennel seeds.
Let rise for 1 hour and 30 minutes the dough, knead dough again for a minute and made a finger roll by incorporating the three eggs.
Let stand on baking sheet for 1 hour and then bake the bread at 200 degrees for half an hour.

- 200 g of potato
- 10 g of brewer's yeast
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 500 g of flour
- 3 hardboiled eggs
- 2 tablespoons of fennel seeds
- 2 tablespoons of sesame
