Baked Bread (Pane Cotto)
Instructions
Bring to a boil lightly salted water and when bubbles dip the bread cut into slices.
When is well softened lay on individual plates with a skimmer, alternating layers of bread, salsa, pecorino flakes.
Serve hot.

- 700 g of bread stale
- 2 ladles of tomato sauce
- Flakes fresh pecorino cheese
