Dried fruit bread
Instructions
Pour into a saucepan, 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water, 1 cup of dried apples, chopped 1/2 cup of chopped walnuts, 1/2 teaspoon salt and 20 g of butter.
Warm sweet flame and then remove from heat.
Allow to cool and then add 1 teaspoon of baking soda, 1 egg and 2 cups of flour.
Mix well and pour into a buttered rectangular cake.
Bake for 1 hour in the oven already warm at 180 degrees.
