Walnut bread
Instructions
Chop the walnuts and mix them up in 1 Bowl with sugar, egg yolks, flour and baking powder.
Combine the milk and, if that wasn't enough to get the right consistency, add a few more spoonful.
Grease rectangular Pan 1 and fill it with the mixture.
Put in oven at moderate heat for about 40 minutes.
Unmold the dessert warm, let it cool, cut into slices and serve with butter.

- 230 g of flour
- 90 g of shelled walnuts
- 60 g of sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 teaspoons of baking powder
