Panettone in Bologna
Instructions
Mix flour and sugar and arrange them in fontana. In the Middle put the softened butter in flakes, eggs, cream of tartar and baking soda dissolved in 1/2 glass of warm milk. Kneading and gradually add more warm milk until you have a smooth paste. Add the raisins (soaked in warm water made, squeezed and floured) and candies. Shape the dough into a loaf and bake the pizza in the oven already warm to 190 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.
