Stuffed chocolate panettone
Instructions
Flushed from under the cake keeping a disk of dough to close it.
Melt the chocolate in a Bain-Marie.
Remove from heat, let cool and add, stirring with a whisk the egg yolks, one at a time.
Let cool, then stir gently whipped cream soda well.
Snow mounted two egg whites with sugar and mix them to the chocolate mixture.
Coarsely crumbled meringues and close to the mixture prepared.
Filled with this panettone, close it with the saved slice and place in refrigerator for at least 3 hours before serving.

- 1 panettone from 500 g
- 300 g of chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 20 cl of whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 great meringues
