Ice cream sandwiches
Instructions
Melt 60 g of chocolate with 1 tablespoon of water to low fire.
Open the rolls and empty the Crumb.
Work the mascarpone very cold cream with the chocolate cream.
Fill buns with cream.
Place the cream in each bun, a scoop of ice cream and sprinkle the rest of the grated chocolate.
Close the sandwiches and serve immediately.
