Panna cotta (3)
Instructions
To soften the isinglass in lukewarm milk.
In a saucepan pour the cream and sugar and process them on the stove at medium heat until the beginning of the boil.
Remove from heat and add the gelatine and milk.
Work together until you have a creamy and velvety concoction.
Pour it into the mold and allow it to cool in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 50 cl of very thick pouring cream
- 200 g of slightly vanilla icing
- 1/2 sheet 2 of isinglass
- 10 cl of lukewarm milk
