Instructions
Wash tomatoes, cut them in slices.
Peel the onion and cucumber, cut into slices even these two vegetables.
Bread slices softened in water and vinegar, slightly strizzatele without breaking them.
Distribute to layers in a bowl the bread slices, tomato, cucumber and onion.
Season each layer with salt, pepper, olive oil and chopped basil leaves with your hands.
Finish off with some onion rings and 2 basil leaves.
Keep in the fridge for at least 60 minutes.

- 1 cucumber
- 200 g of slices of stale bread
- 600 g of ripe tomatoes but sodi
- 1 white onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 3 sprigs of basil
- 1/2 cup of white wine vinegar
