Instructions
Prepare a vegetable broth.
In 200-250 g of broth add 2-3 tablespoons of cream of rice, Cook for 5-8 minutes, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
Remove from heat and add a homogenized meat primimesi, a teaspoon of olive oil extra virgin and a tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese.
