Ham sticks
Instructions
The ingredients are for 12 sticks.
Clean the mushrooms: remove earth and dry with a cloth moistened chapels.
With a small knife remove also the earthy base of the stems.
Cut them into cubes, discarding any dented parts.
Put the oil in a pan and let us wither the half chopped onion.
Before browned, pour the mushrooms in the Pan, add salt and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, mixing occasionally.
Add the diced ham, parsley and taste of salt.
Turn off the heat and add the cheese.
Let cool these two ingredients for the filling before preparing the rolls.
Roll out the pastry on a floured surface into a very thin sheet and cut square of approximately 12 12 cm side.
Put a tablespoon of filling at one end, fold inside the side flaps so that the stuffing will not come out, and roll them up.
Align the rolls on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and brush with egg yolk mixed with a tablespoon of water.
Cook in the oven at 180 degrees already warm until will be golden.
And serve warm or baked at room temperature.

- 1 roll of fresh or defrosted puff pastry
- 200 g of mushrooms
- 100 g of ham
- 50 g of fresh cheese (robiola cheese, ricotta)
- 1 tablespoon of parmigiano-reggiano (grated parmesan cheese)
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1/2 small onion
- Salt
- Pepper
- Chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg yolk
