Pappardelle with asparagus
Instructions
Clean the asparagus and cook for 10 minutes, then slice into rings.
Cook the noodles in salted water until al dente, drain and season immediately with 50 g of butter, asparagus and diced ham.
In a bowl beat the eggs with the cream, add 50 g of Parmesan cheese, add salt, pepper, flavoured with nutmeg and seasoned pappardelle.
Pour into buttered baking dish, sprinkle the dough with the remaining Parmesan, cover it with aluminum foil and place in oven at 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
After this time, remove the aluminum foil and then bake the surface for a few minutes under the grill of the oven.

- 350 g of type egg pappardelle pasta
- 600 g of asparagus
- 100 g of diced cooked ham
- 100 G = = Cream
- 3 eggs
- 60 g of grated parmesan cheese
- Butter
