Hazelnut sticks
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Mix the flour, the hazelnuts and icing sugar.
Add the egg yolk and the butter into small pieces and work until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Roll out the dough to 3 mm thick, and cut large sticks as a finger, then bake for about 5 minutes.
When they are cold, wet one side in Couverture chocolate melted in a Bain-Marie, then leave to cool.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 150 g of white flour
- 150 g of milk chocolate (or chocolate)
- 100 g of butter
- 80 g of minced almonds
- 80 g of icing sugar
- 1 egg yolk
