Pappardelle pasta with ham
Instructions
In a casserole put 3 tablespoons oil, peas drained their water conservation, chopped parsley, tomatoes and 1/2 glass of water.
Add salt and cook with cover for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, in another small pan, sauté 1 knob of butter with the ham into strips.
Drizzle with the ham and peas cooked al dente pappardelle and serve with Parmesan cheese.

- 350 g of type egg pappardelle pasta
- 1 slice of ham
- 200 g of canned peas
- 2 tablespoons of tomato pulp
- Chopped parsley
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Grated parmesan cheese
- 1 walnut butter
- Salt
