Pappardelle with mushrooms
Instructions
Cut the mushrooms into strips and place in a pan with garlic, oil and chilli.
Cook by adding hot water and salt.
Combine the cream, fontina cheese and parsley.
Cut the dough into strips, then boil it and add to mushrooms.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

- 300 g of flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of chanterelle mushrooms
- 1 clove of garlic
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 1/2 envelope of cooking cream
- 100 g of fontina cheese
- 1 chili
- Parmigiano
- Parsley
