Instructions

Nectar and wash very accurately the borraggine and then boil it with the cooking water.

Squeeze it very well and pass through a food processor.

Make a dough with flour, eggs, water and salt and add the borraggine.

Roll out the pastry and cut the noodles rather broad.

Cooking in water of borraggine for a few minutes.

They can be seasoned with meat sauce, or butter and Sage, but even better with Walnut Sauce.
