Parfait alla nutella
Instructions
Put in a saucepan on the heat the sugar with water until a syrup.
Remove the saucepan from heat and add the Chocolate.
Stir.
Then put the syrup on the stove to warm it up.
Beat the egg yolks and slowly add the syrup, then beat with a whisk.
Add whipped cream, remove from the mold and place the mixture on a serving dish.
Ingredients and dosing for 6 persons
- 180 g of granulated sugar
- 100 G = = water
- 7 egg yolks
- 50 cl of cream
- 150 g of nutella
