Vanilla Parfait (Parfait di Vaniglia)
Instructions
Beat the eggs and the egg yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar over a saucepan filled with boiling water until you get a foam, beat until the water gets cold, add the whipped cream and liquor and put in freeze.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 2 egg yolks
- == 1 whole egg
- 80 g of sugar
- 10 cl of whipped
- Vanilla sugar
- 1 cl of liquor to zabaglione
