Parmesan potatoes
Instructions
Boil the potatoes peeled and cut into slices in salted water to a boil.
Drain carefully.
Grease a baking dish, overlapping the potatoes stay aligned a little, sprinkle the surface of grated Parmesan and chopped parsley; distributed over butter flakes and a good pinch of salt and pepper.
Put in a hot oven at 220 degrees and remove when the potatoes are golden brown.

- 800 g of potatoes
- 120 g of grated parmesan cheese
- 40 g of butter
- Chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
