Passed to fave tamari
Instructions
Wash the beans, then place them in two litres of salted water for a whole night.
Cook the beans until they are firmly holding, in the water they were soaked.
Browse all in Blender.
Meanwhile, simmer the chopped vegetables with a little oil and water in a covered pan.
Add beans to puree stewed vegetables and cook over low heat for 30 minutes.
Season with Tamari, mint, parsley and serve hot on toasted bread croutons.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 250 g of fresh fava beans
- 1 carrot
- 1 costa of celery
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil extra virgin
- 2 tablespoons of tamari (soy sauce)
- 200 cl of water
- 1 tablespoon of dried mint
- 2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- Salt
