Passion with ricotta
Instructions
Mix in a bowl the sugar, flour and cheese.
When the mixture is creamy, add the lemon zest, raisins, chocolate and candied fruit.
Stir and add the melted butter.
Bake the dough in the oven already warm to 180 degrees for about an hour, in a round mold lined with baking paper.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 1000 g of ricotta
- 6 eggs
- 6 tablespoons of flour
- 1 1/2 of sugar
- 5 tablespoons of melted butter
- 2 handfuls of sultanas
- 200 g of pine nuts
- 200 g of bitter chocolate flakes
- 200 g of candied orange
- == 1 lemon (zest)
