Banana passoca with fruit
Instructions
Cut the ends of bananas without Peel and boil for about 20 minutes, are ready when the skin begins to crack.
Let cool for 10 minutes, Peel reducing them into pieces and put them in a bowl.
Mash the bananas cut into pieces with a fork to make a puree.
Remove the Brown skins covering the coconut and grate it finely.
You can also blend to reduce it in cream, adding, if necessary, a few tablespoons of water.
Mix coconut banana cream, then place the mixture on a serving dish.
The sweet must take the form of a mound.
Put it in the refrigerator and let it stand for at least two hours.
