Pasta with goats
Instructions
Peel the tomatoes, remove seeds and cut into wedges.
Brown garlic with 4 tablespoons oil, add the tomatoes, pitted olives, 1 tablespoon of capers and salt.
Stir for 3 minutes over high heat, then turn off.
Mix with 2 tablespoons goats of the pasta cooking water and a little ' pepper.
Drain the pasta and serve with goat cheese cream, the sauce and chopped Basil.
