Then saute the onion and garlic.
Add the chopped pepper and let it cook a bit.
Add chopped raw tomatoes.
Sprinkle with salt and leave to cook for about 20 minutes.
Add capers or olives as desired or parsley.
Great little before serving a sprinkling of crude oil.
