Baked pasta
Instructions
Cook the pasta al dente.
Apart prepared the mozzarella into cubes, cooked or raw ham, mushrooms.
In an ovenproof baking dish mix the pasta with the sauce, pour the bechamel sauce, some butter and grated cheese.
Put in oven and cook until it is melted mozzarella, and has formed a golden crust.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- Any pasta cooked al dente
- Mozzarella, cubed
- Ham (or ham)
- Mushrooms
- Bechamel
- Some flakes of butter
- Abundant of grated cheese
