Bean sauce noodles
Instructions
Brown the butter thinly sliced onion.
Combine the meat and the chopped Sage and Rosemary.
Let stand for a few minutes, then add the beans and a splash of wine.
Season with salt and pepper and pour the tomatoes.
Continue cooking for 30 minutes on slow fire.
Cook pasta and dress with the sauce.
