Green pasta
Instructions
Cook pasta in water not too salty.
Combine in a bowl the anchovy pasta parsley and mustard.
Stir well and add a little at a time the vinegar and oil.
Drain the pasta and pour hot in soup tureen.
Serve cold.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 350 g of type pasta pasta
- Salt
- 3 tablespoons of chopped parsley
- 1/2 tablespoon of anchovy paste
- 1/2 tablespoon of mustard
- 2 tablespoons of wine vinegar
- 6 tablespoons of olive oil
