Instructions
Sift the flour on the work surface, placing a fountain, make a recess in the Center and add eggs, yolk and salt.
Knead the flour with other ingredients starting from the Centre.
Knead the mixture until it is smooth and elastic.
If it is too wet, add more flour, if it is too dry and tends to fall apart together.
Finally, reach into or a ball and let it stand for an hour.
Spent the time indicated, roll out the dough on lightly floured work surface, using the rolling pin, and use it as the recipe of your choice.
