Pasta tuna cream
Instructions
Mix tuna, capers, the pitted olives, sardine fillet and a ladle of broth until a thick cream and homogeneous.
Cook pasta in salted water, drain it al dente, season it with the sauce, mix well and serve hot.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 500 g of pasta type celery
- 150 g of tuna in olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of capers
- 4 green olives
- 1 sardine in oil
- 1 ladle of broth
- Salt
