The rich pasta
Instructions
Boil for 15 minutes in salted water the potatoes peeled and cut into half-inch slices.
Fry the sliced onions with a bit of hot pepper in 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
Then add 2 Bay leaves, Sage and a clove of garlic cut into thin slices.
Add salt, pepper and add the wine.
After the wine has evaporated add the tomato and cook for 15 minutes.
The noodles cooked al dente will be topped with the tomato sauce.
Then you will need to arrange in a greased baking oil, one layer of noodles that will be covered with potatoes.
All will be covered with the remaining pasta on which will be sprinkled with pecorino.
Everything will be placed in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
Then, out of the oven, sprinkle the parsley.
The preparation will take some time (about an hour), but their efforts will be rewarded.

- 250 g of format paste celery stripes

- Laurel
- 400 g of tomato pulp

- Chopped parsley
- Hot pepper
