Instructions
In 1 Pan Sauté onion in oil, add the tomatoes, salt, pepper and Cook 10 minutes, then add the Basil and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, boil the pasta a little salty.
Pass the ricotta through a sieve and collect the liquid soup most of the gravy.
Drain the pasta, pour it in the bowl, mix well and add the ricotta cheese and the rest of the gravy.
Stir again and serve immediately.

- 400 g of type pasta pasta
- 200 g of ricotta
- Olive oil
- 500 g of tomatoes cut into fillets
