Saffron pasta
Instructions
Peel the shallots, chop and roast in 1 pan with the butter, stirring.
When it is well wilted, then add the cream, saffron diluted in warm water and starch dissolved in 1 tablespoon water and let thicken, season with salt and pepper.
Boil the noodles al dente, drain without dry too and pay it into the pan with the sauce.
Sprinkle with the cheese, mix well and serve.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of pasta pasta type straw and hay
- 1 sachet of saffron
- 20 g of butter
- 1 shallot
- 1 teaspoon of cornstarch
- 10 cl of creme fraiche
- Grated parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
