Artichokes and mint paste
Instructions
Cook the sliced artichokes for 30 minutes with 1 cup of water, 1 oil, crushed garlic, salt and pepper.
Combine the chopped Mint and pine nuts and cook for 5 minutes.
Cook the pasta al dente, drain and dress with the sauce.
Ingredients and dosing for 4 persons
- 400 g of type pasta linguine
- 300 g of artichoke hearts
- Some leaves of mint
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of chopped pine nuts
- 1 glass of olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper
