Pasta with tuna
Instructions
Prepares a beat of very thin cut garlic, a box of 300 g tuna, grated cheese, a raw egg, salt, pepper, olive oil just enough to form a homogeneous paste and smooth.
In the meantime you cook in salted water the pasta, I prefer penne rigate, and when al dente, mixes everything up on gas at high heat for a few minutes.

- Grated cheese
